We are committed to making the Horizons in STEM Higher Education Conference 2020 a safe and inclusive space for everyone. If there is anything we can do to make the conference more accessible or welcoming for you, please contact Jade Garratt. We aim to support and cater for your needs wherever possible.

Code of Conduct

In registering, we ask all attendees to agree to our code of conduct.

Multi-faith/Quiet Contemplation Room

There will be a multi-faith prayer room available on the day. It will be clearly signposted and all event staff will know where it is located.

Unfortunately we are not able to provide childcare at this event, due to the event logistics and cost. If you would like to bring your baby with you to the event, please contact us to arrange access to a parenting room, and let us know how else we can support you to attend.

Wheelchair Access

The entrance to the Engineering and Science Learning Centre is accessible and there are lifts to all levels. You can see full access plans for the building here.

Dietary Requirements

If you have indicated your dietary requirements in your registration, we will do our best to cater for them. We also understand that there are various reasons people may want to bring their own food and drink, and you are very welcome to do so.

There will be no alcohol served at the daytime conference event, however there will be alcohol available at the conference dinner.
