We are pleased to announce that registration for the conference is now open. As the event is two days and both face-to-face and online there are a number of options for booking
2 Days In Person Attendees: £150.00 SOLD OUT (unless a speaker)
1 Day In Person Attendees: £100.00 SOLD OUT (unless a speaker)
2 Days Online Attendees: £75.00
1 Day Online Attendees: £50.00
In addition, we are organising a river boat trip down the Thames for the evening of the 29th which will include a BBQ on board – so let’s hope for good weather! The conference dinner cost is £65 per person, in addition to the conference registration. One-day and online delegates are welcome to join us for the dinner if you happen to be in London on the evening of 29th June.
You can choose your options and book online through the UCL store using the ‘book now’ link below. If you wish to join us for the conference dinner on the 29th June, this option must be selected at the same time as payment of registration fees and cannot be added at a later date.
Please note that booking the conference dinner cannot be added Registration will close on the 17th of June 2022.
Getting to the conference venue
The Horizons in STEM conference will take place at University College London. All sessions will be held at Bentham House, 4-8 Endsleigh Gardens, WC1H 0EG.
The nearest train stations are Euston and King’s Cross/ St Pancras. The nearest tube stations are Euston, King’s Cross St Pancras and Euston Square.
Accommodation
London isn’t short of hotels though delegates can book UCL student accommodation at a nightly rate which is likely to be cheaper. Rooms are available in a number of residences. Some of these will be within walking distance of the conference venue while others will be a short bus or tube ride away. Details of rooms can be found on UCL’s accommodation website.
