The Royal Holloway University campus is steeped in history and surrounded by beauty, all in a leafy and friendly 135-acre estate with the Founder’s Building, an impressive Victorian masterpiece as its heart. Founder’s is also home to the Chapel and the Picture Gallery containing Thomas Holloway’s fine collection of Victorian paintings.

Rooms are available to stay at The Hub located within our beautiful campus providing you with easy access to the conference venue and opportunities to explore the surrounding woodlands, meadows and gardens. The Hub offers a number of en-suite rooms which delegates can book at preferential rates which include breakfast and free parking.

Travelling to Royal Holloway

Royal Holloway is situated in Egham, Surrey, just two miles from junction 13 of the M25 and a mere fifteen minutes from Heathrow airport.  It is also easily accessible from London City or Gatwick airports.

By Train

Egham is on the Reading to Waterloo train line, managed by South Western Railway. Trains run regularly throughout the day, with additional services during busy times. See National Rail for up-to-date timetables. You can pay as you go with a contactless card or device if you are travelling into Egham – more information can be found here.

By bus from Heathrow

There is a good bus service from London Heathrow, Terminal 5 to Royal Holloway, which stops on Egham Hill, just outside the gates to the main entrance of the University. You can see the bus timetable here.
